Many of the users of Gleason's Software had little or no computer experience. Talk to someone who's using it now!
We'll give you all the personal help you need when you get started.

Computer "Users Guide": Gleason's Software comes with a simple-to-use guide written in language you understand.
Included are copies of what you'll see on your computer screen. The guide walks you through each form, each display.
The entire guide is on your computer in "pdf" format to be viewed or printed. And no matter what, we are only a phone
call away, ready to help you with any questions. Remember our motto, "When you work, we (are available to) work."

Month-end check list: There is also a step-by-step month-end check list as a guide. Easy to follow as a reminder.
You will have your own process in no time. But until then, the "Users Guide" has explanations and pictures of the
computer screen for you to follow. All you need do is enter the gambling activity ("closed deals" is illustrated below) and
enter the checks written (or read them from "Quicken" or "QuickBooks" if you use either). Entering checks is easy and is
illustrated below.

All monthly tax forms: You'll never have to fill out a preprinted monthly form again! You'll have the Tax Return
form G1, Schedule B2's, C/D, E, F as well as others you may need, such as Schedule-A's if you have more than one

licensed site/premise. You'll have your inventory reports and all the reports for members that you want.

► Look at all your reports before you print them.

► Print your month end Physical Inventory (LG846) then have a member check it off and sign it.

Get a report for any date or over any period, at any time.

► Let the computer get what it needs for your year-to-date GCB Percentage Rating (form LG1012)

► You can have a Site Rent calculation report and print a copy for your records.
► With Gleason's Software, the computer is a useful tool! and you'll get all the help you need.

If your gambling funds reconciliation (your schedule-F) difference is not zero or the same as last month
then call us! Help when you need it, without charge, is an important part of the arrangement.

And next month .... Just print your inventory and check it off. It's that simple. You never again have to worry about
making a mistake when copying numbers from one month to the next or on to any Gambling Control Board (GCB) form.

Let the computer print the GCB "Tracking and Audit" forms for you. You need the forms for all Pulltabs deals in a booth,
a bar, a machine or for Progressive Tipboards. These are GCB forms LG861, LG286 or LG473.

Accepted by Minnesota Revenue: Our forms and schedules have been accepted by the Gambling Control Board and

Minnesota Revenue since 1988. If you want them, you can have Year-to-Date or 12-month Summaries too.

The difference between Gleason's and others is not in the printing the Tax Return form G1 and the Schedules but is in
in everything else. The difference is in the help you get when you need it and the other reports that are available.

► Show the history of every deal for any invoice, at any time.

► Audit any Distributor's invoice at any time. Recreate the invoice and check for errors, by you or by them.

► You can read any invoice you receive as a disk file, either in DiskPost format or Ascii format.

► More than one Site? It's easy to move a deal to another Site or easy to return a deal to the Distributor.

► It is easy to enter all expenses in the same place. The check register can have a running balance if you want it.

► Print checks using "Quicken" or "QuickBooks" and transfer the information to Gleason's software.

► There is a General Ledger for your accountant and Management Summary reports for your membership.
► There are "Organization" or a "Site" Performance reports for you and/or your membership. From 1 to 12 months.
